Job Description

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee a team of coordinators and modellers in the design and coordination activities for a large scale project.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and coordination activities.
  • Participating in technical and site meetings with consultants.
  • Reviewing drawings and collaborating with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum diploma in mechanical and electrical engineering recognized by the relevant board or BCA M&E coordination certificate.
  • At least 10 years' experience as an M&E manager in large scale projects, with office building experience being an advantage.
  • Experience in supervising M&E building services works and coordinated combined services models (CCSM) / structural electrical mechanical drawings (SEM) coordination for projects of similar scale and complexity.
