We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing mechanical service projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute mechanical service projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather project requirements and specifications
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress
- Manage project budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for project-related issues
- Prepare project documentation and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in mechanical service projects
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
