TI10 SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Estate Maintenance Officer to join our team. As an Estate Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our estate/building maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the FM Manager in delivering efficient and effective estate/building maintenance services.
  • Carry out minor maintenance and repair jobs, including plumbing, electrical work, and lock replacement.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities carried out by contractors.
  • Respond to critical building defects and coordinate with contractors to rectify them promptly.
  • Validate maintenance jobs are carried out in accordance with work specifications and conduct site walks to inspect the estate/building.
  • Ensure contractors follow safety and security regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of NITECH/Higher NITECH or Diploma equivalent qualification with civil & structural engineering or electrical engineering or facilities management.
  • Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate & building maintenance related works.
  • Able to communicate in both spoken and written English.
  • Able to text using email and phone.
  • Ability to carry out other maintenance and minor repair jobs such as minor plumbing, wood and metal work repair, changing locks and operating simple electrical tools.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagram of an electrical system.
  • Physically fit to conduct site walk to inspect estate/building compound, including walking up the staircase and using ladder.
