This is a Commercial Banking Sales Support Specialist position in Singapore.
- Responsibilities include calling and tracking save as draft / purge account opening applications, ensuring proper screenings and due diligence Know-Your-Customer (KYC) are conducted, and maintaining customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- The role also involves attending to all customer enquiries on banking products and services promptly, preparing CDD, and assisting with WLM alerts.
- Timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers are essential, along with assignment and tracking of call-in/email leads/regional referrals.
- Other responsibilities may include extracting GCLS reports and supporting Relationship Managers with documentation checks and printing documents.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in sales support or client service roles is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services is essential, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detailed understanding of computer skills, particularly Excel, is also required.
