Project Acquisition Specialist
As a Project Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective tender management and strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the entire tendering process, from initial qualification to final submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire tendering process, from pre-qualification to final submission.
- Review tender documents, project specifications, and contract terms to ensure alignment with company capabilities and financial objectives.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all submission requirements are met.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, and operations) to gather necessary data for tender preparation.
- Negotiate and finalize pricing agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and contract negotiations to gain insights into project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture / Structure / M&E / Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project tendering.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and tender submission processes.
- Excellent cost management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Glodon and tendering software.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
