**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our technology infrastructure and ensuring its proper operation, maintenance, and security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies and procedures, including data protection and security protocols.
  • Build and manage technology roadmaps, including budget planning and project execution.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure and application support meet business requirements through effective service management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system design, changes, and processes, and provide guidance to users on new implementations.
  • Oversee ERP and application projects, and manage related IT resources.
  • Present operational reports to senior management to inform key business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and license inventory.
  • Develop and implement security awareness training programs for all staff.
  • Conduct regular system audits and evaluations of network and data security, and provide reports to senior management.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery through effective data protection and backup strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in MCSA, CCNA, ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Windows servers, virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Knowledge of application and database management.
  • Expertise in Office 365 Administration with Azure Active Directory.
  • Expertise in building security infrastructure, firewalls, antivirus, antispam, and attack surface management.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
