A key role in our organization is available for an Environmental Sustainability Program Lead. This individual will lead the development and implementation of standardized environmental and social sustainability processes across regions, influencing senior stakeholders and driving execution.
This is a mid-senior level position that requires at least 3 years of experience in developing program strategies and plans, as well as change management and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainable procurement, including environmental impact, circular economy, and water positivity. They should also be skilled in stakeholder management, data analysis, and communication.
About the Role:Job Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of standardized environmental and social sustainability processes across regions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive execution.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent execution of sustainability procedures.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in developing program strategies and plans.
- 3+ years of experience in change management.
- 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Sustainability (or equivalent).
