Job Title: Digital Product Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will play a critical role in planning and delivering initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into product roadmaps • Review business processes and identify opportunities to optimize solutions and features • Manage and prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps based on business needs and requirements • Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria, and perform user acceptance testing • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and initiatives • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to functional activities


Key Stakeholders:
Business Users, UX Designers, Tech Delivery, Marketing, Data, Customer Experience Teams

Requirements:
Agile knowledge and working with project management tools (e.g., Confluence/JIRA) are a plus
