Job Title: Digital Product Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our Private Banking Core Banking Implementation programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, and managing the business requirements of digital systems related to Alternative Investment products.

This role involves driving impact and gap analysis, as well as solution design to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for digital systems related to Alternative Investment products.
  • Lead impact and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhancement in digital systems.
  • Design and document solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain key deliverables, including Business Specification Document (BSD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Interface Repository (CMDB-CI).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a financial services environment, preferably within Private Banking or Alternative Investments.
  • Strong understanding of core banking systems and digital systems architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating business and technical documentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
