
Store Performance Leader

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in directing store performance and driving business growth across key areas. Your primary responsibility will be to create an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the company's mission and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting
- 4+ years managerial experience in a retail setting
- Proven track record in delivering business results and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
