About the Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of instruments, including piano, violin, voice, guitar, and more. You will receive training and support to ensure that you can effectively deliver our curriculum and provide a nurturing environment for your students to grow and develop.

Responsibilities:
  • Create Engaging Lessons: Lead one-on-one lessons in piano, guitar, violin, or voice, making every class a fun and exciting experience for students of all ages.
  • Deliver Quality Instruction: Teach structured lessons following our curriculum, ensuring students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
  • Conduct Interactive Sessions: Use interactive teaching methods, personalized instruction, and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
  • Encourage Growth: Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guidance throughout the process.
  • Stay Connected: Provide regular progress updates to parents through our system, ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child's musical journey.
  • Host Recitals: Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
Requirements:
  • A degree in music (ATCL/DipABRSM) - we value passionate and well-trained musicians.
  • A bright, cheerful, and engaging personality who can inspire students and make lessons exciting.
  • Confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues is a must.
