We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Specialist to join our team at Lightway HR Consultancy. As an Accountant (Project), you will be responsible for managing company project performance, delivering operational KPIs, and liaising with internal Project Managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project performance, including delivering operational KPIs and liaising with internal Project Managers.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for review and present the results and status to various stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Maintain, analyze, and forecast project costs to project teams and management.
  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting processes, administer and review project forecasts and actuals, explain and correct variances monthly.
  • Liaise with external auditors to conduct statutory audit and interim audit.
  • Provide insights into project work-in-progress, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
  • Review and recommend measures for continuous improvement in project management and reporting processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other recognized professional qualification of equivalent standing.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior exposure to accounting for construction contracts is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage different personality types.
  • Work well under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Committed, responsible, organized, meticulous, and good number sense.
