Key Responsibilities:- Support in treasury duties, including interest fixing, fixed deposit placements, loan rollovers, and bank account administration.
- Prepare month-end reporting for head office and quarterly reporting for external investors.
- Assist in preparing budget forecasts, MTM, and hedging reports.
- Conduct periodic reviews of debt covenants and prepare lender submissions.
- Monitor loan portfolios and underlying loan covenants.
- Collaborate with bank counterparties to resolve funding, treasury operations, and accounting matters.
- Collate and analyze trends in treasury products.
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant discipline.
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in treasury functions in REITs or private equity firms is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills.
