Job Responsibilities
Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans. Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports. Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required. Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement. Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations. Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. Prepare and agree final accounts.
Requirements
2-5 years’ experience in quantity survey or cost management. Possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably have experience working in the industrial/Pharma projects. Good communication skill Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
