Front Office Client Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Front Office Onboarding process. As the Head of this function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end client onboarding experience, ensuring timely and compliant account openings while fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and long-term goals for front office client onboarding, aligning with overall business objectives.
- KYC and Compliance Management: Oversee KYC write-up processes, identify areas for clarification, and facilitate discussions between Front Office and KYC teams.
- Collaboration and Communication: Champion best KYC practices, improve collaboration between units, and act as a liaison with Front Office, Support, and Compliance teams.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Direct data analysis to track progress and efficiency of the onboarding pipeline, align KPIs with the KYC and Operations team, and make strategic decisions using data-driven insights.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify systemic inefficiencies, propose enhancements, drive initiatives for digital transformation, and leverage technology and automation.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team, manage performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of extensive experience in KYC, AML, and/or client onboarding within private banking or financial services, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines, FATCA, CRS).
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment.
