**Our Client**:
RGF represents one of the well-established commercial banks in Asia. They're actively looking to hire a Bank Officer to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the bank operations and client onboarding.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding of clients (retail customers & financial institutions)
- Work closely with front office on the required documents for account opening to ensure completeness
- Liaise with relevant teams for setting up the accounts in the system
- Maintain customer documentation both in hardcopy and imaging file
- Conduct KYC/AML/CFT checks on new clients and periodical review on existing clients
- Maintain and update client database, ensure data are accurately recorded in the system
- Stay informed of any regulatory, policy and procedural requirements
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior/head of department

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-4 years of related banking experience
- Possess a positive attitude, proactive and a team player
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable to work overtime if required
- Proficient in MS Office
