Senior Project Lead

The Senior Project Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with key objectives. This individual is responsible for driving project momentum, fostering effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results within predetermined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, staying vigilant about budgetary constraints, scope, and schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery, employing proactive strategies to minimize potential drawbacks.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
  • Preferably 3 years' relevant work experience or entry-level candidates with a strong foundation in the relevant field
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong resource planning and time management abilities
  • Brief technical knowledge of ELV, Automation, Networking, and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the same industry will be highly regarded
  • Basic proficiency in specific tools and technologies related to the job role
