Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Manager to oversee a portfolio of assets, manage fund strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strong performance and growth.

The role involves close collaboration with research, risk, compliance, and distribution teams to drive business results.

  • Manage a portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal asset allocation in line with fund mandates.
  • Develop and implement fund investment strategies aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, sectors, and securities to support investment decisions.
  • Monitor fund performance and risk metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with research analysts, portfolio managers, and external advisors to assess investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present fund performance reports and market outlooks to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
  • Support product development and fund structuring initiatives.
  • Engage with institutional and retail clients to explain fund strategies and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with global economic trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required. A master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in investment management, preferably in fund management or portfolio management.
  • A strong understanding of various asset classes, fund structures, and investment strategies is essential.
  • A proven track record of managing funds and delivering strong risk-adjusted returns is required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in funds management, such as UCITS and AIFMD, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in investment tools and platforms, including Bloomberg and Excel, is required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities are necessary.
