Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of assets across Asia Pacific and Europe, maximizing performance and enhancing value through effective strategy execution.

    • Serve as the landlord's representative to maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.

    • Develop and implement lease management strategies, including structuring, renewal, and retention initiatives, to minimize risks and maximize returns.

    • Analyze and enhance asset value through various means, including hold-sell analysis, asset valuation, and review.

    • Support team-wide initiatives in areas such as compliance, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, health and safety, business continuity, and audit processes.

    • Prepare and consolidate budgets and forecasts for net property income and capital expenditures, analyzing variances and implementing corrective strategies.

    • Compile and analyze data at the individual property and portfolio levels for regular result announcements and investor meetings, producing detailed reports on performance.

    • Assist in preparing annual reports and circulars that highlight key accomplishments and strategic objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

  • Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (or equivalent) with a focus on analytical skills.

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate asset management and operations, preferably with knowledge of data center operations and REIT reporting.

  • Skills and Competencies: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently; result-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments; excellent communication and stakeholder navigation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; and experience with data analytics software (preferable).
