Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with the organisation's goals
  • Lead and facilitate transition of technology-related changes to support adoption of new processes, systems, and organisational structures
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to integrate service design principles into change processes
  • Assess impact of change on organisational processes, systems, and people, and identify potential risks
  • Develop and execute impactful communication strategies tailored to various target audiences
  • Design and deliver training programs related to change initiatives
  • Conduct assessments to gauge stakeholder readiness for change and identify areas that require additional support or intervention

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Tertiary qualification preferably in change management-related, organisation development-related, or communications-related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans effectively
