SAUTE EARTH FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurants and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service. Organize regular appraisals and provide recommendations for confirmation or promotion.
  2. Budget Management: Provide monthly expenditure estimates and ensure that budgets are well managed.
  3. Compliance: Ensure that our restaurants adhere to licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation and guidelines.
  4. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our brand. Upsell products and secure events to drive revenue.
  5. Inventory Management: Order supplies within budget and manage stock levels to ensure inventory is always up to date. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  6. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Ensure that all staff are trained to provide excellent customer service.
  7. Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all paperwork is submitted accurately.
