Trade Finance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Specialist to fill a key role in our operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in trade finance transactions, including data entry and document handling, as well as a strong understanding of trade finance rules and standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing trade finance transactions, including data entry and document handling, for products such as Import and Export Letters of Credit (L/C), Outward and inward collections, Disbursements, Trust receipts, and trade-related loans.
  • They will also perform journals entries and support month-end reporting activities.
  • In addition, the candidate will execute compliance checks, including sanctions screening, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Trade Finance operations.
  • Good knowledge of trade finance rules and standards, such as UCP600, ISBP745, and ISP98.
  • Experience in vetting trade documents and familiarity with LC issuance processes are desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
