What We're Looking For:

A dedicated and skilled Trading Operations Specialist to join our APAC-based trading operations team, working closely with our trading, treasury, and wider operations teams during APAC trading hours.

Job Description:
  1. Manage digital asset and fiat-related trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external trading counterparties.
  2. Perform trade reconciliation from post-trade to settlement, guaranteeing correct and timely settlement.
  3. Monitor treasury balances and liaise with the trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations.
  4. Liaise internally with the wider trading, OTC, and options teams on balances and settlement status, providing administrative and client communication support where needed.
  5. Asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple CEXs and DEXs.
  6. Manage new banking beneficiaries and support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
