Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to contribute to research projects that focus on supporting services for individuals with diverse needs. This will involve leading a team in the entire research cycle, providing specialist inputs on data analysis approaches using advanced statistics knowledge and statistical modeling methodology.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project progress, managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring data confidentiality and security, drafting documents for ethics clearance, and planning project budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a strong interest in community and disability research, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements:

This position requires an accredited master's degree in Psychological Research, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics or Data Science. The ideal candidate should have experience in large-scale research projects, including team management, and proficiency in advanced statistics programs such as R or Python.

Strong administration, planning, time-management, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines, and be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
