Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Coordinator, Operations Stowage. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating stowage planning and day-to-day operations, including vessel husbanding, clearance arrangement, and delivery of ship spares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize discharging and loading plans with the terminal, handling DG applications and declarations to the Authority.
  • Submit Arrival Bayplan via EDI to PSA Terminal, Stowage Instruction to PSA Terminal, Final Loading Forecast to Sorrento Planner, and Terminal Departure Report/Tug and Pilot Report/Vessel Performance Report to GVA.
  • Prepare Estimate Vessel Disbursement for Account Department, Update Vessel Call Information (VCI) via MSC inhouse system, and Stowage Coordination with PSA/Central Planner and Vessel.
  • Apply all dangerous cargo according to Hazardous information received through the MDS system and declaration to Port Authority, Inform Inward Documentation on Direct Delivery of DG for local discharge, and Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) query from oversea agent on restriction imposed by local Port Authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma qualified, ideally in Maritime field.
  • About 5 years of relevant shipping experience, knowledge of container/stowage planning, and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Portnet, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks that are more critical, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work under stress and tight timelines, and meticulous detail oriented.
