About this Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our electronic trading team as a Cryptocurrency Trader. We are seeking an experienced professional who can thrive in a high-pressure environment and operate independently during non-standard hours.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of professional experience at a financial institution or crypto market exposure, a degree in a quantitative discipline, and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, SQL, Java).

We are looking for a reliable, self-starter with strong personal accountability, excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and clear, concise communication skills.

As a Cryptocurrency Trader, you will be responsible for monitoring and refining trading strategy performance in real-time, managing intraday market exposure and credit risk, conducting basic operational and reliability checks on trading systems, and liaising with global counterparts.

You will partner with engineers to iterate and improve our trading tools, contributing directly to the firm's technological and strategic advancement.

This role offers a chance to grow within one of the most innovative areas of electronic trading, gaining expertise in both market microstructure and digital liquidity dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:
  • 1–3 years of professional experience at a financial institution or crypto market exposure is a plus
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred, though strong recent graduates will be considered
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, SQL, Java)
  • Reliable, self-starter with strong personal accountability
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Clear, concise communicator capable of adapting quickly to changing conditions
