Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AutoCAD Drafter to join our team. As an integral part of our design process, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and other software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of detailed drawings, design development and construction documents.
  • Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.
  • Responsible for rendered plans and section elevations, translating concept designs into working documents.
  • Technical and product research & review with design team.
  • Attends meeting with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare detailed drawings and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop and implement designs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vector software, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
