Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter to prepare tender submissions, cost reports, and cost plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating tender documents, conducting site visits, and liaising with consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender submission, cost reports, cost plans, and evaluate tender documents.
  • Responsible from tender to pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
  • Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, attend site visits, and tender briefings/meetings.
  • Evaluate and review of tender drawings for discrepancies.
  • Liaise, communicate, and work with subcontractors/vendors/suppliers.
  • Timely preparation of tender documents.
  • Liaise with Project Team for Variation Order and Progress Claim.

Requirements:

  • Able to use AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Experience related to ACMV more preferred.
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Min 2 years Project Engineer / QS Experience related to Building Services / ACMV services.
  • Proficient in MS Office Software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • A good team player.
  • Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
  • Contractual knowledge is preferred.
