Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across multiple agencies.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years' experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or generalist support role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee movement, and data updates.
  • Prepare and manage employee documentation (contracts, addendums, letters, certifications).
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in coordination of onboarding sessions and other employee experience initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support in performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development activities.
  • Work closely with the HRBP team to support employee relations cases (documentation, meeting scheduling, follow-ups).
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and ensure data integrity.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, escalating where necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with Groupe-wide strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or generalist support role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for employee experience.
