Job Description

Access Partnership is a leading technology policy consultancy. We enable consumer access to technology and drive countries towards fair tech adoption.

Our team analyses global trends, identifies strategies to mitigate risks, and drives opportunities for our clients' advantage.

We create an environment that enables governments to adopt technologies effectively and responsibly.

  • Lead programmes in Singapore, leveraging relationships with the government and understanding of the policy landscape.
  • Monitor legislative and policy changes that could impact clients.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, and provide strategic advice to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Seven or more years' experience in consulting, government relations, public affairs, or corporate affairs.
  • At least four years spent in the Singapore government.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
  • A flair for building networks and developing new business pipelines.
  • Ability to write and speak authoritatively on issues including regional investment, trade, and politics in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent command of business English.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing priorities.
  • A dynamic, self-starter attitude with an appreciation of diversity and value of teamwork.
  • Problem-solving skills with high energy and passion for finding solutions and creative thinking.
