Data Engineering Specialist

As a Data Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data engineering pipelines to support AI and advanced analytics initiatives. You will work with our team to develop and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, including AI Foundry and related cloud services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering
- Strong background in Data Science with hands-on data pipeline implementation
- Practical experience with Copilot Studio for AI-based development
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and related services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Cognitive Services, etc.)
- Proven track record of RAGs (Retrieval Augmented Generation) creation and implementation
- Strong programming skills in Python / SQL / PySpark (or similar)
- Experience in designing and managing cloud-native data architecture
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
