High Precision Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the design, development, verification, and performance optimization of ultra-precision equipment electrical control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop motion control strategies to achieve high-precision, high-dynamic overall machine motion control performance metrics;
2. Develop motion control algorithms, such as trajectory planning and servo control, to optimize system performance;
3. Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Simulation, and other departments to integrate and debug the motion control system with other systems;
4. Resolve technical issues arising during the motion control process and continuously improve the stability and reliability of the system.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Master's degree in Automation, Control Engineering, or a related field;
2. Over 8 years of motion control system development experience in the optical or semiconductor industries;
3. Deep expertise in Control theory, System simulation, Mechanical dynamics analysis, Mechanical vibration, Mechatronics;
4. Strong innovation capability, excellent problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated team spirit; and
5. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
Technical Skills
You should have experience with:
TDD, Dynamics, Kinematics, Software Engineering, Agile, Application Development, Electrical, Reliability, System Design, Python, Motion Control, Java, Debugging, and Software Development.
