Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Singapore machining technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and business management, including the development of internal processing strategies and the management of a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Singapore market.
  2. Managing the existing machining technology team by planning and executing projects, building and improving the technical team, and continuously enhancing internal technical capabilities.
  3. Serving as the liaison between internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet customer needs and deliver high-quality processed products.
  4. Driving process improvements and elevating precision manufacturing capabilities through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Coordinating internal project management to ensure timely delivery and driving customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in the high-precision manufacturing industry.
  2. Proven experience in team management and proficiency in precision engineering technology, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven outcomes.
  3. At least 5 years of extensive experience in customer communication and familiarity with various processing equipment and products.
  4. Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Chinese counterparts.
