Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing facility.

  • Develop and implement company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, revise, and maintain quality standards, tools, and methods for processing materials into finished products.
  • Drive quality improvement and cost reduction using Six Sigma or Lean methodology.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations related to product nonconformity and customer complaints.
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify corrective actions to address quality events.
  • Monitor and track quality-related metrics and perform trend analysis.
  • Support monthly and quarterly quality reviews and business management meetings.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on quality performance.
  • Review and approve event-related rework protocols.
  • Coordinate and support periodic plant stoppages and ensure timely line release.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Knowledge of problem-solving tools (e.g., 6M Analysis, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
  • Ability to analyze data using Minitab or JMP.
  • Strong communication skills and a command of written English.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and commitment to continuous improvement.
