Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team as an Academic Professional.

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful and forward-thinking collaborator, passionate about delivering engaging learning experiences for students aged 4-11 years old.
  • The successful applicant will bring a passion for interdisciplinary learning and a rich understanding of concept-based learning.
  • They will also possess a range of strategies to build effective and engaging working relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Responsibilities include providing a happy, stimulating, safe learning environment for all children and planning, teaching and assessing through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that promote agentic learning and the holistic development of each child.
  • Collaborative work with colleagues is also expected, as well as enthusiastic participation in professional learning, both mandated by the institution and identified by the individual.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in Primary Education from an accredited institution and a recognized professional teaching qualification or certification are essential.
  • Early years specific qualifications/specialisms, and/or experience working with a play-based curriculum are advantageous for positions in our Infants department.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years classroom-based teaching experience, preferably in international schools, is required.
  • Experience teaching students who are English Language Learners and familiarity with the Google Suite would be an advantage.
