Job Title: Jewellery Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Jewellery Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on jewellery products, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, processing daily stock receipts and returns
  • Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with client repair requests, following up on the process to ensure timely completion
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, including cash counting and safe box operations
  • Complete assigned tasks by manager, including basic paperwork and filing
Requirements:
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of jewellery trends
  • Proven sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Certification in jewellery sales or related field (an advantage)
