This is a comprehensive role that requires an individual to provide administrative support and high-quality academic services to students, staff, and faculty members.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage student records ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist with enrolments, process requests for variations, and monitor student progress.
- Plan and publish academic timetables, manage registrations, and support course delivery initiatives.
- Administer sessional academic staff contracts, system access, and resources; support professional development and ensure registration compliance.
- Respond to student inquiries, prepare schedules, and support faculty in the academic delivery process.
- Conduct surveys for academic staff and students, manage feedback, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in student information systems or customer relationship management tools.
