Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technology direction across diverse, high-growth products. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Define and oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide hands-on technical contributions when required while guiding long-term engineering direction.
  • Manage integrations with third-party services, vendors, and technology partners.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend systems, frontend frameworks, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience building large-scale, secure, transaction-based systems or real-time, consumer-facing applications.
