Job Title: Ambitious Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of an Ambitious Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations activities such as Cashiering, Kitchen duties, and Tea making with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Closing of shop duties (applicable for night shift staff only).
  • Provide prompt attention to walk-in customers and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas at all times.
  • Assist in stock taking and recording.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle delivery orders with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
  • Cooperative and helpful attitude towards colleagues.
  • Excellent and positive service attitude.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays on 6 days per week on rotating shifts.
  • Minimum 6 months commitment.
  • Independent and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage.
  • Only Singaporean/PR may apply.
