**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our regional finance team. As a CFO, you will be responsible for driving financial operations, governance, and compliance across diverse international markets.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles. They will be well-versed in accounting, audit, and taxation, with a proven track record of success in driving financial operations, governance, and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting to management and key stakeholders
  • Oversee external audits, tax filings, and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Effectively manage working capital, cash flow, and financial risk
  • Enhance finance systems, tools, and automation to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Standardize core financial processes across markets, including budgeting, procurement, expense management, and reporting
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations and controls
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that guide strategic decision-making

**Requirements:

  • Over 12 years of progressive finance experience
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Regional Finance Director)
  • Demonstrated success in driving financial operations, governance, and compliance across diverse international markets
  • Well-versed in accounting, audit, and taxation
