Job Title:

Regional Finance Manager

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling and managing the financial activities of our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: You will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of our regional operations.
  • A&P Expense Control: You will ensure accurate and timely management of Advertising and Promotion (A&P) expenses, verifying sales rebates and A&P expense computations.
  • Monthly Closing: You will prepare monthly closing reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Controlling and Profitability Analysis: You will review and maintain cost centre and profit centre alignment with business and organizational structure.
  • Budget and Forecast Submission: You will submit accurate and timely Budget and Forecast ECAS reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounting and Financial Experience: 5+ years in a senior finance role with experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of accounting software and systems.
