Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Lock Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting smart lock products at customer locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install and test smart lock products to ensure proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with smart locks.
  • Provide product training to customers and ensure they understand the features and benefits of the lock.
  • Maintain a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards.
  • Document and report installation activities accurately.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license required.
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
