Racquet Sports Leadership Position

This is a visionary leadership role in the racquet sports industry.

About the Role
  • Oversee all coaching, business, and operational functions of the academy.
  • Liaise with community groups, NGOs, schools, and clubs to promote inclusivity and accessibility in racquet sports.

The ideal candidate will spearhead community-based social impact initiatives that make padel accessible and inclusive to all. This position requires strong leadership, coaching, and business skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Supervision & Program Development:
    • Design and implement progressive coaching programs focusing on skill development and enjoyment.
    • Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations to uphold coaching excellence.
    • Provide padel coaching to children and adults across all skill levels – from beginner to high-performance.
  2. Social Impact Leadership:
    • Lead the development and execution of community outreach programs promoting inclusivity, accessibility, and talent development in padel.
    • Train and support coaches in adaptive and inclusive coaching techniques (e.g., working with youth from underserved communities, people with disabilities).
    • Track impact metrics such as participation numbers, scholarship placements, or corporate sponsorship involvement.
  3. Business Development & Client Engagement:
    • Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand reach.
    • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with schools, clubs, and community organizations.
    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies (including digital).
  4. Team Leadership & Operations:
    • Hire, train, mentor, and manage coaching staff, ensuring alignment with our values and standards.
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination and consistent service delivery.
    • Foster a high-performing, positive team culture focused on collaboration and player success.
