Fund Services Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Fund Administration professional to lead our team and provide top-notch services to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong accounting and leadership skills to make a real impact in our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing fund administration services to private equity and private credit teams
  • Reviewing transaction and valuation information, applying current accounting principles
  • Coordinating investor capital activities, annual financial audits, and statutory reporting
  • Maintaining knowledge of fund documentation, current accounting principles, and developing solutions for issues
  • Liaising with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians for smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverables
  • Involved in new funds onboarding process
  • Resolving client issues and maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for internal process improvement and increased operational efficiency
  • Managing work allocation, team utilization, and cross-training resources

Qualifications include:

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting; qualified accountant or other relevant qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years progressive accounting/audit/fund administration experience in private credit or private equity, managing staff
  • In-depth understanding of the fund industry, good knowledge of private credit or loan products advantageous
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, willingness to embrace new technologies
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP
  • Experience with accounting software, Investran an advantage
