We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for setting up processes and workflows for efficient delivery of project BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain BIM standards and guidelines for project teams.
  • Conduct kick-off meetings and provide training on BIM processes and workflows.
  • Ensure project BIM documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Attend client meetings and lead decision-making processes affecting BIM deliverables.
  • Develop and implement BIM best practices and standards.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for project BIM funding and submissions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve BIM-related technical issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in BIM management, with successful BIM implementation on at least 2 large projects.
  • Experience with PUB projects is an added advantage.
  • Good general and technical knowledge of construction and engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Bentley and at least one BIM coordination platform.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
