About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Specialist to join our team at OCBC Bank. As a key member of our Consumer Financial Services division, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our mortgage business while providing exceptional loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and maximising sales opportunities, building and managing long-term customer relationships, and delivering outstanding after-sales service. You will work closely with our business partners to engage with potential customers, promote home loans, and develop a strong referral base.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a positive working attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a high degree of initiative. A degree or diploma in a relevant field, along with sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, is highly desirable. If you are driven, able to work well under pressure, and committed to meeting sales targets, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of OCBC's mortgage business through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of customers
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships with a focus on good after-sales service
  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Work independently to plan and execute sales visits and presentations to potential customers

Requirements

  • Positive working attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Relevant degree or diploma and sales experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
