Job Title: Operations Supervisor

This is a dynamic role that involves leading and coordinating assigned shifts. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting daily pre-operation meetings with staff to discuss duties and ensuring all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate assigned shift;
  • Conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staff on duties;
  • Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule;
  • Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction;
  • Check on staff punctuality and discipline;

Requirements:

  • Able to work midnight shift;
  • Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays;
  • Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily;
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients;
  • At least 2 year's experience in similar role in cleaning sector;
