Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Operations Manager.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating assigned shifts, conducting daily pre-operation meetings with staff, and ensuring all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to attend to customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain staff punctuality and discipline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staff on duties
  • Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
  • Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule
  • Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Check on staff punctuality and discipline

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact well with clients. At least one year's experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector is required.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work midnight shift
  • Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
  • At least 1 year's experience in similar role in cleaning sector
