Job Title: Business System Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled business system analyst to support the delivery of projects for critical applications in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops involving key stakeholders to identify and confirm business needs;
  • Provide daily support to business users by addressing queries and enhancing system usage;
  • Manage and resolve issues while ensuring complete traceability of all requirements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to develop effective, structured solutions;
  • Understand project scope, assess change impacts, and document rationale for both impacted and non-impacted projects;
  • Ensure solution design is aligned with strategic data flow and governance standards;
  • Resolve issues through deep business, operational, and technical insight, providing practical and sound recommendations.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with front-end configuration and low-code solutions;
  • Knowledge of impact assessment frameworks.
