">As a Contracts Administrator/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by ensuring that contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Your expertise will be invaluable in advising on contract amendments, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Commerce, and at least one year of experience in contract administration. You should possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Key responsibilities:
">- Drafting and reviewing contracts based on deals;">
- Advising on contract amendments and negotiations;">
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws;">
- Coordinating with Traders, Operators, Finance, and other departments as needed;">
- Performing any other ad-hoc tasks related to project implementation.">
Required qualifications:
">- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Commerce;">
- At least one year of experience in contract administration, preferably in the Commodities industry;">
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail;">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
